Nepali secondary qualifications — the +2 or the NEB higher secondary certificate — are generally not sufficient on their own for direct entry to a German bachelor's degree. Germany asks whether your certificate would have admitted you to university at home and how it compares with the German entrance qualification.
The usual routes are either one to two years of completed study at a recognised Nepali university before applying, or a Studienkolleg in Germany followed by the Feststellungsprüfung assessment exam. Applicants holding a completed Nepali bachelor's degree normally apply directly to master's programmes with no preparatory step.

Nepali applicants generally need transcripts, character certificates, migration certificates and degree certificates from their institution, plus certified English translations of anything not already in English. Universities and uni-assist are strict about certification, and a translation that is not properly certified is treated as a missing document.
Build in more time than seems necessary. Obtaining transcripts and equivalence documentation from Nepali institutions can take weeks, and this runs before uni-assist's own processing time of six to eight weeks — which itself runs before the university's decision.
The practical implication is that a July deadline means starting document collection around February, not June.
